Meet Tiva the Armacoatl. 

Armacoatl is a sort of a combo of a reptile-armadillo with some influence from a stylized Queztalcoatl stone head.

Tiva loves to sing and groove. She would sing and hum all day long if you would let her. And if you would turn a nice tune on, she would dance all around like crazy! Tiva is a happy little monster that thinks dancing and grooving is the best cure for almost anything! Trust me, you can’t feel blue when she is around!

This doll is a collaboration between me and Melita Curphy aka missmonster (no, she doesn’t sell the casts of her dolls). Missmonster cast the face, eyes and paws. I cast the ears, painted and put it all together.

30cm (12 inches) tall. Details are cast in resin and the body is soft (no joints or skeleton armature inside). Her pendant is made ceramic receptacle charm, dyed howlite and glass beads. Eyes are glowing in the dark.

Attention! This is a piece of art. Not a toy for small children. Completely handmade, one of a kind. SOLD.

My first commercial collaboration with Missmonster! We recently made a trade sending each other blank casts of our dolls just for fun. This little fella’s face and paws are cast by Mel and painted by me.

Two buddies - Indian Summer Troglodite (or just Trog) and little Samhain Doro.

Trog is 28cm (11 inches) tall and Samhain is 13cm (5 inches) tall, details are made of sculpey, Trog’s dreads are needle felted wool (beads on his dreads are wooden), and the bodies are soft (no joints or armature skeleton inside). Necklace on his neck made of mammoth tusk and spermwhale’s tooth that I commissioned from the bone carver Shivory.ru (and Samhain’s charm is made of terrakota by Shivory studio as well).

25 cm(10 inches) tall, details are made of sculpey, and the body is soft (no joints or armature skeleton inside). Dreads are needle felted. The bracelet is made of juniper wood, and necklace is made of mammoth and walrus tusk shards that I commissioned from a bone carver Shivory.ru 
Also face and paws are glowing in ultraviolet.
